I am wondering if Trevor Bechtel of Theoblogy Seminar is my friend Brent’s relative. He’s talked about his brother at Greeneville, but I can’t remember his name.
I’ve noticed some great links lately. Unfortunately, I still can’t figure out why I get errors when I change my template. Writing in this section is bad enough with Netscape. I lost my IE toolbar a week or two ago. Yahoo actually ate it. In any case, I had to download Netscape. And it is goofy. Here’s the links anyway:

Then there’s the one’s I said I was going to add a couple days ago, and then the Paul’s Gene Wolfe blog. I haven’t really had the chance to read Wolfe, but it seems everyone likes him. I’ll eventually have to get to him. This week I am researching Browning and P.B. Shelley.
I’ve been thinking about going to Mid-America Reformed Seminary lately, but I only know two people that have graduated from there: John and Bill. If you read their blog, they both seem to whine about how they never get any work done or they have too much work to do. I’d hate to end up like that. John really needs to find that Canadian wife. Perhaps Laurel’s niece?
Today I was bored in Theory and Criticism class, so I started drawing a pizza combo (ya know, the cheese filled pretzels) on my arm. After class, I was speaking with my department head, and my roommate walked in and said, “You’d never know that you’d been through six years worth of college.” I may have gone through six years worth, but hey, I did it in four. I’m still young. Can you not draw pizza combos on your arm all your life?
I will be leaving for St. Louis tomorrow. I will be chacking out Covenant Seminary and will worship at Providence Reformed PCA pastored by Jeff Meyers.
As I said, I have been looking at Mid-America Reformed Seminary. Wyclif linked me to a small REC congregaion. Frank Levi, pastor of this church in Tinley Park, teaches apologetics at the Cranmer Theological House. We talked on the phone yesterday for about theology, and I felt very comfortable with where he’s at theologically and where he says the church is at. I think he said there aren’t any people my age, but that doesn’t discourage me. So, if I end up becoming a member of an episcopal church next year, let it be known that I am not really episcopal. However, I liked what he said for the most part. I went to Pastor Wilkins house today to eat lunch, and we discussed this matter. He seemed to like the idea of going to Mid-America and attending this church.
While I’ve been writing this, I’ve been listening to David Wilcox. Anyone else like him?
