I’ve now watched every episode of Gilmore Girls.

That means I’m getting some tapes. :-D

    You’re sick.

Cool, that means you can answer all my questions about plot points that confuse me because there are many episodes I’ve missed.

How exactly did Lorelei and Max break off their engagement?

Whatever happened to that secret society “the puffs” that Rory and Paris seemed to kind of join?

How did Rory and Paris become more friendly after Tristan was shipped off to military school?

Lorelei wasn’t “excited about wearing her wedding dress” so she knew Max wasn’t the one. On the day of the wedding, Lorelei and Rory took a road trip to Harvard.

It wasn’t ever really mentioned again. The only time it’s mentioned after their flawed induction is one time in the last season where Francine mentions she should have more say on the student council because she is president of the senior class and the puffs.

It was kind of gradual, but at the end of their junior year, Paris asked Rory to run as her VP so that she would win. Because they won, they had to spend six weeks together in DC, where they were roommates, and it’s also where they met Jamie. Rory helped Paris with her relationship with Jamie, and they became closer there.

Thanks Rick. I guess the only thing I really missed was an episode or two leading up to the flop wedding. Grr Lorelei! Max is perfect! :-(

If the writers are dropping plot points like the Puffs, I wonder if they will ditch Paris altogether next season when Rory goes to college. I hope not. She is very amusing in her uptightness.
