I went to the chiropractor for the first time in my life on Thursday. It was an interesting and completely painless event. It was kinda freaky to hear all those cracks she could make when she jerked my neck back and forth, but I felt better afterward. Rick came in with me for moral support, but I think he ended up getting more of the doctor’s pity than I did. “If I didn’t know better, I’d think you were coming here for the appointment.” Poor Rick.

I got some of that minty-fresh anti-inflammatory cream, as well as a nifty ice pack. I gave my ice pack to Rick who obviously needs it more than I do, and I’ve been sharing the anti inflammatory cream.

So maybe he didn’t get to have the appointment, but he’s reaping some of the benefits since I went. We worked this out pretty well.
