We all watched Madagascar today. Finally a movie that gives penguins their rightful honor and glory.

I was wanting to take the boys to see that soon. Aside from the penguins, is it worth the money?

Very good. Has a lot of adult things and things for people that know the soundtracks (like Born Free, etc.) to other movies…inside jokes: “All hail the New York Giants.”

Ethan may be saying, “Well, this sucks” for a few days :-/.

Here’s another one to keep your eye out for. Er…out for which to keep your eye?

I just saw it today. ‘Twas very entertaining and nicely mingled a plot of friendship and inner struggle with a frank admission that domesticated animals don’t really fit in a “wild” habitat. I was actually worried that it might have some PeTA-ish moralizing (like one of the previews did), but it was just good, wholesome fun.

And the language was clean. The most obvious “cursing” was “darn it all to heck”.

Hey Valerie… check this out… that penguin documentary is narrated by Morgan Freeman. My friend Elias met him at a party in Prague (even danced with his wife!) but it gets better - Eli’s sister Evie helped us start the whole penguin “thing”… see how we’re all related & connected?? It’s truly staggering.

    Truly!
