Kyrie had her first appointment today. She’s had a cold for 1½ weeks now, so we thought we’d bring her in to make sure it wasn’t anything worse. She weighs 16 lbs 7 oz. and is 24½ inches long. She’s between the 50th & 75th percentile in height and just above the 95th in weight. She’s my little chubs. She has bronchiolitis, so we have her on some mild antibiotics, mostly to prevent her from getting pneumonia. She’s doing just great despite that. Our pediatrician is Dr. Rosales, but we didn’t actually meet him today. We really like his nurse practicioner. Kyrie also has eczema on her forehead and cheeks, so we got some over-the-counter cream that should help that. Hopefully it won’t itch so much now; she usually is all scratched up on her forehead from her fingernails. Okay, that’s all I have to say on my child’s health update.
