Louisiana was rated the least livable state for 2006. It also carries one of the top infant mortality rates and is ridiculously high in low birthweight babies. The quality of education is horrible. Apparently there are more car wrecks caused by drunk drivers in LA than most other states. Eek. I’m happy that we’re going to the state ranked #25 this summer.
