First of all, thanks to Mrs. Butler for the assortment of cloth dipes! Got them in the mail today. I’ll be sure to put them to good use.

We received our BumGenius diapers about a week ago, and Kyrie’s been in them ever since. It’s gone really well. They’re super absorbant and very easy to put on/take off. Another thing that’s really helped the transition into cloth is the fact that Kyrie’s going #2 on the potty about 90% of the time now. Wet cloth diapers are no big deal. It’s the other kind that are not fun…but even then, I’ve dealt with a couple, and it’s not so terribly bad. I just feel a greater sense of urgency to get those diapers washed immediately.

Hopefully it will be smooth & easy cloth diapering a newborn, too.
