I hate messy houses

Nio has gotten very fussy as of late. He’s currently kicking and flailing his arms about as he sits on my lap, babbling very loudly. If I were to put him down, he would instantly turn into a pile of tears and would likely feel betrayed. So, here he sits, and the house shall stay messy until he decides to drift off to sleep.

I did manage to load the dishwasher, clean the living room floor, and tidy up a few things here and there. But I go nuts if my house isn’t clean. It makes me depressed. I just want to pack up the whole house so there will be nothing which with to mess up the house. But seeing as how we still have to live in it a few weeks longer, I can’t pack up EVERYTHING. Dishes, clothing & furniture need to stay put for a little while, still.

I need a babysitter.

Aw. I hate messy houses too. The state of my house has a direct impact on the state of my mind! If I lived near you I’d babysit.

We’re actually going to be passing thru Spokae sometime in May. When will you be there?

Brianna, yes, we’ll be there by mid-May! When are you passing through?

Hollie, can I come over tomorrow? Kyrie needs a playdate and I need to get out of the house. Have any plans?

I know what you mean… I don’t need a real babysitter though, just someone who could burp Renna for me in between feedings so I could finally fold the clothes that were washed a week ago. She takes FOREVER to burp and when she’s done and asleep she’ll wake up and wiggle and need to burp again! You might have thought that since she burped three, four, or five times all ready and really well and everything that she’d be done, but no.

I don’t like a messy house either and put up with it far more than I like. When Youssef comes home he asks what fun thing we can do together and I’m usually just wishing he’d hold the baby so I can do the dishes. So romantic.
