Antonio had a great day on his birthday last week, despite an icky cold. We had the fam over to help us celebrate his first birthday.

I promise I’ll get some pictures of her birthday party posted soon — my batteries died just as I was trying to upload them to the computer. I do have these videos to share for now, so enjoy.
Here she is the next day enjoying one of her gifts:
And on her actual birthday, enjoying another gift (the ballerina outfit):
It’s going to be a pretty big to-do, actually. We’re inviting a few friends and the family, of course, but the main attraction will be a bouncy castle with a slide. I never thought I’d do something so extravagant for my kid’s birthday, but the fact that she can finally spend a birthday with grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins present calls for a bigger celebration. I have a few gift ideas for her, too, and I’m trying to keep things under splurge level. We’ll probably get her a bike for about $25-$30, I’ll buy some material at the fabric store to make her a baby doll carrier (probably around $10), we might buy a new baby doll ($5-$10), and then add a new outfit (she’s a girl; she loves clothes) and a storybook just to keep everything well-rounded. That sounds like an awful lot now that I’ve written it all out. And then of course I’ll make the annual trip to The Dollar Tree for party favors and decorations. I’m really hoping it’ll be a nice, sunny day. The party is in 17 days. Time to get those invitations sent out.
I can’t believe she is turning three. But at the same time, she makes it believable with all the big girl things she can do nowadays. In fact, she just changed Antonio’s diaper today, and did a great job of it, too. Sometimes I just sweep her up into my arms and ask her if she could please always be my baby, even though she’s growing up more and more every day.
We love you! Happy birthday, 2-year-old!
We love ya! Hope you had a great birthday.

I’m 40 weeks and 3 days, so I thought I should get cracking on this. Predict the date and time of Antonio’s birth. Add as many additional details as you’d like (weight, length, color of hair, etc) for bonus points.
Oh, and the points mean absolutely nothing. But it’s still fun!
Happy 50th birthday to my mom! I hope you have a wonderful day.
We love you!
